Coach Rock’s love for sports ignited early, with his competitive drive and unyielding spirit setting him apart from a young age. At just 7, a chance discovery of an NFL player ranking book at his school’s book fair introduced him to his idol, Michael Vick. This moment of inspiration, as he watched Vick dominate the field, sparked a lifelong commitment to football, leading him to embrace the game with fervor by age 8.

Rock’s journey through football was nothing short of extraordinary. As a standout Defensive Back at Pineville High School, he earned invitations to prestigious showcases, including the U.S. Army All-American Combine. Despite a season-ending knee injury in his senior year, his resilience shone through as he committed to Northwestern State University. There, he redshirted his first year but went on to become a formidable force on special teams and sub-packages for the Demons.

His path continued to Arkansas Tech University, where he started as a Strong Safety before making the bold decision to opt out for the NFL Draft in 2018. It was during Pro Day and Combine Prep with legends like Ryan Clark and Mo Wells that Rock realized his true calling: Sports Performance Coaching.

After going undrafted, Rock embraced this new chapter with enthusiasm, starting as an intern at Colorado State University in 2018. This pivotal experience launched him into a transformative era, where he has since played a critical role in the success of numerous college champions and record holders. His impressive roster of clients includes star athletes like Ja'Marr Chase, Malik Nabers, Ezekiel Elliott, Will Anderson, Devon Witherspoon, Brock Bowers, GG Jackson, Jocelyn Alo, Aliyah Andrews, Rougned Odor, Carlos Acevado, and many more.
